The 977bet Wallet operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in an alternative currency (such as USDT), conversion to PKR is applied at the current exchange rate at the time of deposit. 977bet is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting USDT or other cryptocurrency deposits.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available Wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
977bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
977bet employs automated and manual systems to identify bonus abuse, including the opening of multiple Accounts to claim offers more than once, wagering patterns designed to reduce risk on bonus funds rather than genuinely engaging with the Platform, and any other behaviour 977bet reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, 977bet reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel related winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
All bets placed on 977bet sports markets are subject to these Terms and to the specific sport and market rules published in the 977bet help section. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.
977bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation from the 977bet system. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Wallet.
Where odds are published on the 977bet Platform due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure at a clearly incorrect price, 977bet reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. Examples include odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. 977bet will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly and return stakes to their Wallets.
In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time at 977bet's discretion, particularly during key event moments such as wickets, goals, or card events. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided where settlement cannot be confirmed. 977bet's decision on live bet settlement is final.
All casino games, slot titles, colour prediction games, Diamond Tycoon, and other gaming products on the 977bet Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology where applicable, or connect to live dealer tables operated by regulated studio providers. Game outcomes are not influenced by 977bet.
Malfunction of a game (including software errors, disconnections, or hardware faults) voids all game play and stakes for the affected round. The return-to-player ("RTP") percentage for each slot and RNG game is published within the game information panel accessible from the game interface. 977bet is not responsible for errors or malfunctions originating in third-party game software, though it will work with the relevant provider to resolve Player disputes fairly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 977bet Platform:
Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where 977bet is legally required to do so.
977bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the Account poses a fraud or money laundering risk, or that continued operation of the Account would breach 977bet's licensing obligations.
Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 977bet support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (net of bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players who have self-excluded may not request Account reopening during the self-exclusion period.

Nothing in these Terms limits 977bet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
The 977bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 977bet endeavours to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, including during major sporting events.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 977bet holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 977bet, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 977bet's internal complaints procedure, accessible via the support channel within your Account.
Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in 977bet's licensing conditions. 977bet will cooperate fully with any such escalation. All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
